Vice President Jejomar Binay has recommended full military honors for the burial of ousted dictator Ferdinand Marcos but that the interment service must take place in the former president’s province of Ilocos Norte, not at the Libingan ng mga Bayani, a source in Malacañang said, confirming similar information that the Philippine Daily Inquirer had received.
